The traditional culinary of the Grand Duchy of Oniroscopy is purely vegetarian.

 

The variety of dishes is the same as that vegetarians eat all over the world, however, it should be noted, given the luxuriance of the country, that the typical dishes are made mostly of fruit. It is not by chance that the emblem of the country is a dessert bearing the name of Safiot.

That is a sort of cake with saffron, but especially filled with stewed cherry compote.

 

It should be noted that two variants exist in the south of the country, in the regions called Nisar or Nisar Forests. They are identical regards to the dough, but the filing is made of  apricots and / or raspberries.

Cooked side dish

The Kalafite is a dish that usually accompanies vegetarian burgers and/or tofu.These are cooked salsifis which are allowed to cool in apple sauce.

Salsifis then becomes a little sweet,a delight.

Entree

The Tourneau : Small entree of salted cheese, herbs and wild flowers. Blackcurrant or blueberry berries bring a sour and sweet side.
